1).Open and minimize your web browser of choice.
2). Select small or large backflow certificates.
3). Select and click on the PDF file of your choice.
4). Read the USC Approval Letter.
A). Select as many certificates as needed.
5). Close the certificate file.
6). Select additional USC certificates.
